I Want Food is a mobile application that helps users discover nearby restaurants and food establishments based on their preferences, location, and food cravings. The App provides:

Restaurant discovery through swipe-based interface
Location-based search functionality
Restaurant information including ratings, reviews, and photos
Food category filtering

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

Provide accurate location information when requested
Use the App only for its intended purpose of discovering food establishments
Not attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the App's functionality

4. Third-Party Data

The App uses data from Google Places API and other third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of restaurant information, ratings, reviews, or photos. Restaurant information is subject to change without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

I Want Food is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

Inaccurate restaurant information
Restaurant closures or changes in operating hours
Food quality or service at recommended establishments
Any damages or losses resulting from use of the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and software, is the property of I Want Food or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
